Custom Tax
- "Important! It is the customer's responsibility to complete all required customs clearance and duty payments on time. If clearance is not handled on time, the order may need to be returned to our warehouse for non-delivery, with associated return and reshipping costs the responsibility of the customer."
- "Good news! Orders under US$800 typically have no customs fees. For larger orders, we'll declare a lower value to potentially minimize your customs fees."
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are regulated by the country's law. Elephant Robotics Shop is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Different policies and tax rates are applied per country.
You may be eligible to reclaim import taxes and duties. However, this requires a personal application to your local government or authority and we are unable to support this process.
Shipping Package
- All products use standard cartons and special customized super hard paper shells to firmly fix the products and prevent damage from impact.
- Typically, customers can expect to receive their products within a month. However, this timeframe can vary depending on your location. Some customers may receive their orders much faster.
Order Processing Time
It typically takes 7-15 business days to process your order.
This timeframe accounts for order verification, quality control measures, and packaging.
If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.
- Expedited service: If you need to get your order as soon as possible due to some accidental factors, you can email us (info@zjzmjcyxgs.com) to apply for expedited service. We're happy to help coordinate inventory with production, but please don't be angry if we can't speed up the process. This service is free for you.
Shipping Time
We typically ship on Thursdays.
The products shall be delivered by International Express within 15 working days.
The shipping method and time vary according to different products and different countries.
In case you order a number of products, it may happen that your order arrives in several deliveries. This also applies to products that have to be pre-ordered. However, we will only charge you one shipping fee.
Please make sure to enter your shipping information in English to avoid possible delays or failure in international logistics. Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders Tracking
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.
Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.
Note:
- Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us (info@zjzmjcyxgs.com) within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
- If there is any force majeure that causes our products damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@zjzmjcyxgs.com after you receive your package. And we hope to get your understanding and patience in this circumstance.
- Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused by this.
- If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (info@zjzmjcyxgs.com) and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection.
- Please contact us at support@zjzmjcyxgs.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.
